# Project Reflection

Make a list of most important things you learnt.

During this project I gained a lot of knowledge and facts on China. One of the key things that I learnt about was Mao Zedong was a Chinese communist leader founder of people’s republic of China.

What can you do now that you couldn’t do before?

I can now locate or gather more information about the topic and then put it into my own words, for example if I had the text : China is one of the biggest contry in the world , I could put that in my own word such as: One of the biggest country in the world is China

What or what help you?

One of the main thing that help me locate my information was the internet and all of the website. I used the internet to gather my information what I have in my project .There was quite a few people who help me with me project and one of them was Lauren , She was doing China as will as me so we help each another out but we did not get the same information

**Read:** At our camp we were told to make as many different sandwiches as possible. We had cheese tomato, lettuce and ham available so we made sandwiches with no filling, some with just ham, others with ham and cheese, others with ham cheese and lettuce and so on. How many sandwiches could we make?

**Solve**: I drew out all of my possible combinations:

I Predict: i predict that this problem solving question is going to be about trying every possible and subtracting the ones that are wrong.

Read: Our school colours are blue, green, white and yellow. Each class in the school has a banner painted in two of the four colours – blue and white, blue and green and so on. If every possible two colour combination has been used, how many classes are there in the school.

Clarify: I had no words, phrases or sentences to clarify.

Big Question: Look for every possible answer? How many classes are there in the school?

Mathematicians toolbox: The strategies we used were Draw a diagram, break problem into manageable parts and guess check and improve.

Solve: I wrote down all the possible answer blue and green yellow and green white and green yellow and blue white and blue white and yellow. Our teacher said we weren’t allowed to swap the colours over example: blue and white white and blue.

Summary: I used draw a diagram the most and i got my prediction right i did have to try every possible answer.

This book shows how Dennie faced these problems and how even though she is 17 no one can deal with all these problems at on time.
